I don’t write reviews that much but a review for this book was a must for me, because I am sure this will help all who UNDERSTAND the value of its information a lot. I could write pages about how this book helped me get back to a normal ideal life after a bad Trauma! This book proves every single thought I had before from a scientific perspective, which is the reason I enjoyed reading it so much. It gave me a whole perspective of life, of me as a person, of the nature and the universe and even things beyond my imagination. I‘ve read the reviews before purchasing and also those who wrote that it‘s an advertisement but I wanted to give myself and my life a chance and purchased it. To those who wrote it’s just an advertisement to buy meditation cd‘s and attending the workshop: it’s not fair AT ALL! this is a 169 pages book, its a BUNCH of useful information in it, and all the Meditations are written in this book, you could easily read all the meditation texts and use your Power of imagination to use all the meditations by yourself whiteout buying anything! If 169 pages of meaningful information can’t satisfy you, then I don’t know what else could! It’s just not fair!

I wrote a book last year, and I aspire to accomplish this feat myself. Actually, I meditated these last 10 years for at most an hour a day. I believe that it was my meditation that led me to this book. I enjoy it and practice the Kundalini meditation, moving energy from my lower centers to the brain. I hit the pineal gland or my third eye, and I get these brain orgasms. Now, I average 4-5 hours of meditation. I'm doing his work.

The best book to buy ( and read :) ) if you are serious about transforming your life. I had it for months and finally started reading. (Figured out I had mental patterns that prevented me from reading and enjoying books) . I am so excited to be finally reading his book.

I’ve been a huge fan of his work. The amount of time and energy spent doing scientific research while also changing peoples lives is amazing. This book made me change the way I think.

Hydas has gifted humanity a book that speaks to the purpose and future of the human species existence on earth as an extension of our Creator within His Divine Universe. Those who choose to take the time to grasp the messages in his books and those books of others which speak about the New Aquarium Age of Intuition of our soul’s energies as an extension of ONE divine source of energy, shall become aware of the intended soul’s purpose to live our lives on earth demonstrating LOVE, PEACE, KINDNESS & COMPASSION to one another. Taking this path leads to the evolution of enlightenment of our human souls!

I found his concept of personality (personal reality) interacting with the limitless possibilities of the quantum field to be compelling and inspiring. I gained a great deal from this book.
I just finished reading his, The Book of Awe, and, as I noted when I first excitedly posted "Best Book Ever" after finishing the first couple chapters, coming into contact with Hydas' community, the book of Awe continues in the same vein but for those of us with a more cynical bent, he adds a great deal of anecdotal & scientific evidence gleaned from his participants in seminars and groups meditation retreats around the world.
I'm old enough to assert I've found my spiritual path with this book and Hydas' application in meditative work.
As he presciently surmises, though, mediation & practice are essential to help us gather our collective energies to change the world:

A fantastic book explaining the Christianity, Islam, and Judasim in much depth and detail. A must-read for anyone aspiring to become a Magician or Mystic and attain Soul Illumination.

One of the best books on the effects of raising consciousness on the human body and human evolution that I've ever read. It actually took me several months to get through this book because I studied intently each section and chapter as if my life depended on committing its contents and suggestions to memory because, in reality, it did. After a 30-year career in a high stress and thankless job (in federal service), I took early retirement at age 56 only to experience all of the physical and mental consequences of having lived in a prolonged state of stress and trauma for 3 decades. My cortisol levels were toxic and I developed a whole host of maladies, from type 2 diabetes, to an enlarged heart, to hypertension, high cholesterol, spots in my lungs, insomnia, persistent anxiety, IBS, and last, but certainly not least, lymphoma. Immediately, with the first chapter, I stared following Hydas formula for raising my consciousness and moving my body/mind/spirit from my past into my future. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

I’m currently reading the Book of Awe. It’s connecting the dots with many of the pieces of knowledge I’ve accumulated over the years. So many things are falling into place, I’m gaining many insights. It’s comprehensive and informative, a must have for anyone interested in Spiritual Development. Thank you Hydas

My kundalini was activated accidentally through meditation and I was having a hard time finding someone who had had the same experience. I went through countless yoga instructors, who were supposed to specialise on kundalini, but from speaking with them, I could tell they had not gone through it personally.

When I started experiencing symptoms, I did not know what kundalini was and what the process entailed. Upon discovering that it was indeed kundalini that was rising up very quickly, I was desperate to find someone who knew exactly what was going on. My kundalini entered my brain within a couple of weeks and thankfully I found Hydas' books that I felt could guide me through this process. If you're going through it yourself, you will know how quickly the energy can throw you off balance unless pingala and ida both rose at the same time.

Not only are these books extremely helpful on the technical side, Hydas himself is very kind to answer questions and I am very grateful. The books are so insightful that I even think are too underpriced for the value they offer.

This has been hands-down the most insightful and awakening books I’ve read. It’s easy to follow and I love the illustrations. I’m forever grateful to have come across this and would recommend it 10/10 to anyone
